Refunds and Exchanges

We are confident that you will find our products to the highest quality in every way. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from 'JustSkechers.co.uk', simply return within 90 days in its original condition for a refund. Please see our Shipping page for details of our free returns service. (We do not do exchanges; if returning an item for a different size, your order will be refunded and you will be notified by email. Once done, simply place a new order for the item(s) required.)

All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days, but are usually processed in just 2-3 days.

Customer Complaints

We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you upon despatch. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please contact us.

If you unhappy with the service you recieve from JustSkechers.co.uk, please contact us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation. All emails we be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been resolved.

For security purposes all credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by SecPay, our online clearing agents. JustSkechers.co.uk have no access to your credit card details.
