We've decided to make our shipping policies very easy to understand - they're all TOTALLY FREE!
- We simply give you the fastest possible delivery service, wherever you are in the UK at ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO YOU - The price you see for your shoes is the price you pay!
Returns are also just as simple - if the shoes you've received don't fit, or you just don't like them, simply print off our Returns Form, stick this on the front of the
package and put them back in the post in their original condition within 90 days - once again, there's NO CHARGE to you for this. How easy is that?! No faffing around with vouchers or coupons, and no cost to you to make a return. (returns are processed via our parent site at TotallyShoes.co.uk.
Once we've received your return, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full for the cost of the shoes, usually within 24-48 hours.
Delivery Methods
- UK Mainland orders are sent via Interlink Express couriers or Royal Mail First Class post. This means if you place your order weekdays before 4pm, you'll almost certainly receive it the next working day.
- Deliveries to UK offshore addresses are made via Royal Mail First Class post.
A signature will be required for all orders.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to despatch any orders outside of the UK.
All orders received before 4pm weekdays are despatched the same day.
