All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are confident that you will find our products to the highest quality in every way. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from 'TotallyShoes.co.uk', simply return within 90 days in its original condition for a refund. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for details of our free returns service.

All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days, but are usually processed in just 2-3 days

Customer Complaints

We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you upon despatch. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please contact us.

If you unhappy with the service you recieve from TotallyShoes.co.uk, please contact us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation. All emails we be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been resolved.
