We've decided to make our shipping policies very easy to understand - they're all TOTALLY FREE! - We simply give you the best possible delivery service, wherever you are in the UK at ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO YOU - The price you see for your shoes is the price you pay!

Returns are also just as simple - if the shoes you've received don't fit, or you just don't like them, simply print off our  Returns Form stick this on the front of the package and put them back in the post in their original condition - once again, there's NO CHARGE to you for this. How easy is that?! No faffing around with vouchers or coupons, and no cost to you to make a return. Our returns period is 365 DAYS so you can return the shoes to us anytime up to a year from the date of your initial purchase.

All goods are refunded within 30 days, however in the vast majority of cases, your return will be processed much quicker than this -  usually within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, if you'd like an exchange, simply let us know the size you require on the returns form and if we have it in stock, we'll send it straight out.

Delivery Methods

• UK Mainland orders are sent via Interlink Express couriers or Royal Mail First Class post. This means if you place your order weekdays before 4pm, you'll almost certainly receive it within 1-2 working days.
  
• Deliveries to UK offshore addresses are made via Royal Mail First Class post.

A signature will be required for all orders.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to despatch any orders outside of the UK.

All orders received before 4pm weekdays are despatched the same day.
